When you publish a job on SquarePeg, you have the option of creating a sponsored post on LinkedIn. This post can be created on SquarePeg's LinkedIn page or your company page. Once published, active job seekers on LinkedIn are driven to the application page for your job.

- I updated my job in SquarePeg, why don't I see the changes on LinkedIn? Job changes on SquarePeg are pushed to LinkedIn every 4 hours.
- How do I find my SquarePeg job on LinkedIn? While it's not possible to link directly to the LinkedIn post from the SquarePeg app, you should be able to find the sponsored post based on which option you selected when publishing the job.
- I selected the "Sponsor on my company's LinkedIn page" option. Why do I see my job on SquarePeg's LinkedIn page? If you haven't enabled the LinkedIn integration, your job will post to SquarePeg's LinkedIn page instead. Click here for set-up instructions.
Sponsor on SquarePeg's LinkedIn page
If you haven't enabled the LinkedIn integration, this is the default option. When selected, a sponsored post will be created on SquarePeg's LinkedIn page.
We recommend this option in the following scenarios:
- You don't have your own LinkedIn page
- The job you're publishing on SquarePeg is a "stealth job"
The image below shows what a job sponsored on SquarePeg's LinkedIn page looks like. When clicked, the "Apply" button takes the candidate to the SquarePeg application page for your job.
Sponsor on your company's LinkedIn page
When enabled, the second option tells SquarePeg that you would like the job sponsored on your company's LinkedIn page. To do this, you must have an active LinkedIn integration.
We recommend this option in most instances.
Note: If you already have a post on your LinkedIn page with the same job title, you must remove it before SquarePeg can sponsor the same job on your company's LinkedIn page.
If you haven't enabled the integration yet, you'll see a warning message (shown below.) In this instance, we'll send you an email with instructions for enabling the integration. As soon as the integration is enabled, any job with this option selected will be posted to your LinkedIn page.
Do not sponsor on LinkedIn
The final option allows you to prevent your job from being sponsored on LinkedIn. We do not recommend this because it will significantly reduce the applicant count. Because SquarePeg's matching algorithm identifies top matches, this should not be a concern.
