By default, SquarePeg displays your company name and logo alongside your job description whenever it is shown to a candidate. By enabling Stealth Mode, you can source against SquarePeg's database of 600+ million candidates and promote your job on LinkedIn without exposing company-identifiable information.
How Stealth Mode works
When Stealth Mode is enabled for a job, the following happens:
- Company-identifiable information is hidden when the job is shown to candidates on SquarePeg.
- Company-identifiable information is omitted from passive-sourcing email campaigns.
- The job is promoted on SquarePeg's LinkedIn page for inbound sourcing.
- Messages to candidates through SquarePeg are sent from a generic email address.
Important: SquarePeg does not modify job descriptions for jobs with Stealth Mode enabled. A job description that includes company-identifiable information will be visible to candidates.
How to enable Stealth Mode
- To enable Stealth Mode, check the "Enable stealth mode for this job" box on the Settings page when publishing a new job or editing an existing one.
