When a candidate applies for a job on SquarePeg they are asked to upload a resume. A profile is automatically created using this resume. Candidates can edit their profile by adding or removing work experience, skills, preferences, demographic information, and more.
Some candidates choose not to complete their profile and submit only a resume. You can send a request to have the candidate complete their profile directly from the profile screen. SquarePeg will still show you applicants with incomplete profiles if they are identified as a match.
